FrontierGTM Rush: Apply for Free Hands-On, AI-Native GTM Consulting

The AI gold rush is on.

New models. New infrastructure. New developer platforms. New agents. New categories forming almost as quickly as companies can name them.

But frontier technology still has an old problem:

Someone has to figure out how to bring it to market.

That is why I am launching FrontierGTM Rush.

For Fall 2026, FrontierGTM is selecting a small inaugural Frontier AI Cohort of companies with important GTM problems worth solving.

Selected companies will receive up to three hours of hands-on, AI-native GTM consulting, free of charge, plus up to $500 in AI token usage where it can materially improve the work.

No retainer. No long proposal process. No obligation to continue afterward.

Just bring a problem worth solving.

Applications for the Fall 2026 Frontier AI Cohort are now open.

Why Rush?

The name works a few ways.

First, the obvious one: we are living through an AI gold rush. Capital, talent, GPUs, models, applications, and entire companies are racing toward a frontier whose boundaries keep moving.

But Rush also borrows from the back-to-school tradition of fraternity and sorority rush: a limited period when both sides meet, evaluate fit, and a new cohort comes together.

That is roughly how this works.

You are evaluating FrontierGTM.

FrontierGTM is evaluating you.

And rather than spending weeks talking abstractly about whether we should work together, we can simply do some work together.

Finally, sometimes you need help in a rush.

A competitor just launched. Your company is entering a new market. The product changed but the positioning did not. A major launch is approaching. Your sales team needs a better story. Your market moved faster than your GTM strategy did.

Those are the kinds of situations Rush is designed for.

Bring a real GTM problem

Rush is not meant to be a generic free consultation.

The point is to work together on something real.

The best applications will identify a specific problem where a few hours of focused work can materially improve the answer.

That might mean:

  • sharpening positioning or messaging
  • pressure-testing an ICP
  • developing a launch strategy
  • analyzing competitors
  • identifying target accounts
  • building sales or competitive intelligence
  • creating technical or category content
  • explaining a complicated AI product simply
  • designing an AI-native GTM workflow or agent
  • tackling another consequential product, market, or growth problem

FrontierGTM is especially interested in companies building AI infrastructure, developer platforms, inference systems, models, agents, and other technically complex products.

The exact deliverable matters less than the quality of the problem.

Why make the first engagement free?

Because the traditional way companies and experienced operators find one another is often backwards.

A company writes a job description. Someone compresses years of experience into a résumé. Everyone talks about hypothetical situations.

Consulting has its own version: intro call, follow-up call, proposal, scope, procurement.

A lot can happen before either side learns the thing that matters most:

What happens when we actually work on a hard problem together?

Rush skips ahead to that part.

Three hours is enough time to challenge an assumption, develop a point of view, make a decision, uncover an opportunity, or produce something useful.

If there is a strong fit afterward, we can keep going — through a larger project, fractional work, an AI-native workflow, or something deeper.

If not, we end with three useful hours.

AI-native GTM should use AI-native leverage

For selected engagements, FrontierGTM will also contribute up to $500 in AI token usage where it can materially improve the result.

That might mean analyzing a competitive landscape, exploring an account universe, testing messaging at scale, processing large amounts of information, or prototyping an agent or repeatable workflow.

The principle is simple:

If AI creates leverage, use the leverage.

FrontierGTM should not merely advise companies about AI-native go-to-market. We should work that way ourselves.

Applications are open

The inaugural Fall 2026 Frontier AI Cohort will be intentionally small.

I am looking for ambitious companies, specific problems, and situations where FrontierGTM can make a meaningful contribution quickly.

In your application, tell me:

What are you building?

What is the GTM problem?

Why does it matter now?

And what would you want us to accomplish together in three focused hours?

Selected companies will receive up to three hours of hands-on FrontierGTM consulting, plus up to $500 in AI token usage where useful, at no cost.
